Born on July 3, 1949 in Nurabad district of Samarkand region. In 1973 graduated from Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in mathematics and drawing. Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor.
From January 4, 2025 to the present, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Methods of Exact and Natural Sciences of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence of the Samarkand Region
