      Farrux Najmitdinovich Mansurov was born on February 12, 1978, in the village of Vatak, Urgut District, Samarkand Region, in a farming family. He graduated from Secondary School No. 21 in 1995. From 1998 to 2002, he studied at the Faculty of Law of Andijan State University.

Work Experience:

2002–2003 – Teacher at Urgut District College of Economics

2004–2006 – History teacher at School No. 7, Urgut District

2006–2007 – Law teacher at Samarkand Pedagogical College

2007–2011 – Law teacher at Samarkand Higher Military Automobile Command and Engineering School

2019–2020 – Deputy Principal for Spiritual and Educational Affairs at School No. 64, Samarkand City

2020–2022 – Master’s student at Samarkand State University

2023–2024 – Teacher at the National Center for Training Teachers in New Methodologies, Samarkand Region

2024–present – Senior Teacher at the Samarkand Regional Pedagogical Mastery Center

Since 2024, he has been conducting research under the supervision of PhD Suvanova Kamola Rayimqulovna, specializing in 13.00.07 – Management in Education, on the topic “Strategic Planning and Management of the Professional Development of Teachers in General Education Schools” to obtain a PhD degree in Pedagogical Sciences.

His main scientific direction is educational management. He has published 4 articles in scientific journals under the Supreme Attestation Commission, 6 articles in scientific conferences, and authored the textbook “Modern Approaches in School Management.”
