Born on January 10, 1970 in Khatyrchi district of Navoi region. In 1997, he graduated from Samarkand State University with a degree in geography teacher. Doctor of Philosophy in Geographical Sciences (PhD). Excellent worker of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
