Born May 5, 1966 in Pakhtachi district of Samarkand region. In 1988 graduated from Samarkand State University with a degree in physics. Holder of the "Dustlik" order.
From January 3, 2024 to the present, he has been working as an assistant at the Department of Methods of Exact and Natural Sciences of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence of the Samarkand Region.
