Born on March 17, 1958 in the city of Samarkand. In 1980, he graduated from Samarkand State University with a degree in applied mathematics. Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor. Excellent worker of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since January 4, 2018, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Methods of Exact and Natural Sciences at the Center for Pedagogical Excellence in the Samarkand Region.
