Muhayyo Kadirjanovna Yakubjanova was born on October 20, 1970, in Samarkand in an well-educated family. In 1987, she graduated from Secondary School No. 1 in Chortoq, Namangan region. From 1989 to 1994, she studied at the Faculty of Russian Philology of Samarkand State University.

In 2015, she was awarded the breast badge “Excellence in Public Education.”

She is a Candidate of Philological Sciences. Under the supervision of Professor D. B. Urinbayeva, she is conducting research on the topic: “Methodology for Developing Students’ Speech Skills in the Process of Inclusive Education.”

Her academic activities include the publication of 1 monograph, 1 textbook (co-authored), 2 study guides, 3 methodological manuals, 10 scientific articles in national and international journals, and dozens of popular and journalistic articles in the republican press. In total, she has published more than 300 scientific, methodological, and popular works.

She has also supervised more than 100 graduate papers and final projects of students and trainees in the system of professional development and retraining.
