General supervision of the activities of the methodological service department, the department for the organization of continuing professional education, the department for the development of digital technologies and the information resource center of the regional center.
Control over the development of work plans and programs for the retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel.
Organization of work on the preparation and implementation of educational and methodological materials by the methodological service department of the regional center.
Coordination of the activities of the department for the organization of continuing professional education of the regional center, as well as control over the planning and implementation of professional development courses for pedagogical personnel by the department.
Control over the organization of work on expanding the possibilities of using digital technologies and electronic resources in the educational process by the department for the development of digital technologies of the regional center.
Control over the enrichment of the library and electronic resources fund by the information resource center of the regional center and the creation of conditions for their effective use by educators.
Develop recommendations for the introduction of new methods and innovative pedagogical technologies for professional development and monitor their implementation.
Conduct regular analyses among teaching staff in order to increase the effectiveness of the professional development process and develop proposals based on the results.
Organize and conduct seminars, trainings, practical exercises and other educational events, ensuring the active participation of the department's professors and teachers in them.
Organize and monitor the professional development process in accordance with working curricula and programs, ensuring compliance with state requirements and regulatory documents.
Prepare proposals for professional development within the framework of the general development strategy of the regional center.
Encourage the director of the regional center to encourage employees of the relevant department for high results and achievements, as well as make proposals for the application of disciplinary measures to employees who approach their duties in a cold manner;
The Deputy Director for Professional Development of Teachers of the Regional Center may also be assigned other tasks stipulated by legal documents.
