Abdullaev Abdullo Abduhakim ogli was born on October 11, 1996, in the Samarkand region. From an early age, he demonstrated a deep interest in science, leadership, and management.

In 2003, he was admitted to School No. 54 in the Kattaqo‘rg‘on district. Even during his school years, he stood out for his diligence, initiative, and ability to guide his classmates. In 2012, he graduated from this school with honors and was admitted with distinction to the 2nd Academic Lyceum under the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. At the lyceum, he again displayed his activity and was elected group leader, beginning to master the art of leadership and team management.

In 2019, he graduated from the full-time department of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. Here, too, he stood out for his leadership qualities, serving as group leader and earning the respect of both students and professors.

In 2022, he successfully completed his master’s degree at Samarkand State University. During his master’s studies, he distinguished himself not only academically but also by leading scientific discussions, organizing projects, and taking a leadership role within the student body. His time in graduate school became a key stage in his personal and professional development.

Throughout his professional career, he has consistently demonstrated leadership ability, innovation, and dedication:
– At School No. 54, as a physics teacher, he not only taught but also, as a class leader, guided his students to high achievements;
– At School No. 55, as Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, he systematically worked to improve the quality of education;
– While acting as principal of the specialized school in Kattaqo‘rg‘on, he raised the school’s operations to a new level;
– In the same school, as Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, he widely introduced modern methods;
– Currently, he heads the Academic Activity Coordination Department of the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Mastery.

In every workplace, his activity has been a model of professionalism, initiative, and leadership. His colleagues recognize him as a dedicated, reliable, and highly qualified specialist.

With his rich experience, strategic thinking, and strong leadership qualities, Abdullaev Abdullo Abduhakim ogli today serves as a source of innovation not only for his own team but also for the entire regional education system, and as a true role model for young educators.
