Born in the Urgut district of the Samarkand region. 2008-2011.- Student of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology of the Samarkand State University. 2011-2019. - Teacher of the Native Language and Literature of the Samarkand Pedagogical College, leader of the primary organization of the Kamolot YIH, head of the Department of Languages, head of the trade union of the primary organization of the college. 2019-2023 - Teacher of the Native Language and Literature of the 3rd school of the Samarkand city, chairman of the methodological association, head of the trade union of the primary organization of the school.

2023 Head of the Methodological Service Department of the National Center for Training Teachers in New Methods of the Samarkand region.

Since 2024, he has been working as the Head of the Department for the Organization of Continuous Professional Education at the Samarkand Regional Peda.
