Job description of the chief specialist of the Department of Development of Digital Technologies

Comply with the requirements of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other regulatory legal acts;

Organize the implementation of the tasks specified in the relevant resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers and other legislative acts, orders of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education;
Work under the supervision of the Deputy Director for Professional Development of Teachers in the field of the chief specialist of the department.

Develop and implement in practice the regulations, procedures, recommendations, instructions and other regulatory documents related to the department through their approval in the established manner;

Develop the annual work plan of the department, submit it for approval in the established manner and ensure its implementation;

Ensure the proper maintenance of the website of the regional center and official channels and groups on social networks;

Provide the work specified in the regulations and monitor its work activities;

Provide work specified in the regulations and monitor its work;

provide digital resources, software and technical means and ensure their effective operation.

prepare reports to the center management on the work performed;

develop a scheme for restoring the working condition of the local and global network after an accident; conduct preventive inspections of servers and network systems in order to timely identify and eliminate malfunctions, prevent their occurrence;

make proposals for repairing faulty equipment, withdrawing technically and morally obsolete servers and computer equipment from the center in accordance with the established procedure and purchasing new ones;

test new software products, prepare relevant conclusions and implement them in practice;

organize trainings and seminars for the effective use of digital technologies; analyze the effectiveness of the use of digital technologies through monitoring; display the results of monitoring in reports and make recommendations for the development of digital technologies

develop relations with educational institutions and other organizations on digital technologies;

develop recommendations on enriching educational programs with digital technologies and their effective use;

provide methodological assistance to teachers on the use of digital technologies; prepare and provide the necessary digital resources and materials;

monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the use of digital technologies;

develop recommendations for the development of digital technologies based on the results of monitoring;

organize seminars and trainings on digital technologies;

support the effective use of digital technologies in educational institutions; develop cooperation on digital technologies and establish effective relations with educational institutions;

exchange experiences and cooperate on new technologies and innovative solutions.
