Norov Bobir Bakhriddinovich was born on January 10, 1984 in Safokhoja mfy, Ishtikhan district, Samarkand region. Nationality uzbek, father Norov Bakhriddin Nuritdinovich was born in 1958, mother Usmanova Nodira Buzrukovna was born in 1963. In 1991, he was admitted to the general high school in 35 schools and graduated in 1999, entering the Vocational Technical School Ishtikhan in the same year and graduated in 2002. In 2010-2014 he studied accounting and audit at Samarkand Agricultural Institute. In 2014-2020, he worked at Samarkand pedagogical college as a mechanic, Laborant, Assistant Accountant, Deputy Director, Chief Accountant. In 2021-2024, he has been working in the positions of Treasurer and accountant at the pedagogical skill center of the Samarkand region, from 2024 to the present time in the position of chief accountant at the pedagogical skill center of the Samarkand region.
