Ra’no Qudratovna Buranova was born in 1975 in the "Islom shoir" neighborhood of Narpay district, Samarkand region. In 1998, she graduated from the History Faculty of Samarkand State University.
From 1998 to 2000, she worked as a history teacher at secondary school №56 in Oqtosh city. From 2000 to 2004, she was a history teacher at secondary school №91 in G’allaorol district, Jizzakh region. From 2006 to 2011, she worked as a history teacher at secondary school №50 in Samarkand city. From 2011 to 2023, she worked as a methodologist at the Department of Public Education of Samarkand city.
Since July 17, 2023, she has been working as a methodologist for History and State and Law disciplines in the Methodological Service Department of the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Excellence.
Since 2024, she has been a member of the commission for disseminating the best practices of teachers in the Samarkand region.
In September 2025, she completed training courses at the A. Avloni National Institute of Pedagogical Excellence on "Organizing 'Professional Development Days' and 'Professional Development Hours' for Social Science Teachers" and is currently conducting master trainer activities in the Samarkand region.
