Born on January 14, 1996, in Pastdargom district of Samarkand region.
From 2014 to 2018, he completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (by types of activity) at Samarkand State University.
From 2019 to 2020, he successfully completed a master’s degree in the same field.

In 2023, he obtained the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology.
Since October 3, 2025, he has been working as the head of the Department of “Pedagogy, Psychology and Educational Technologies” at Samarkand State University.

To date, he has published nearly 50 scientific papers, including articles and conference abstracts.
