Khurramov Anvar Vafokulovich was born on August 24, 1984 in Samarkand district, Samarkand region, is an Uzbek by nationality, has a higher education, majoring in sociology and history and theory of pedagogy (by field of activity). In 2003-2007, he graduated from Samarkand State University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology, and in 2020-2022, he graduated from this university with a master's degree in History and Theory of Pedagogy (by field of activity).

In 2015, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan for his many years of fruitful work in the public education system.

Khurramov Anvar Vafokulovich was awarded the commemorative medal “25 Years to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan” in 2017, established in connection with the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Khurramov is currently conducting independent research at the A. Avloni National Institute of Pedagogical Skills in the specialty 13.00.07-Management in Education (Pedagogical Sciences). Under the guidance of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (DSc), Associate Professor Ibragimov A’lamjon Amrilloyevich, he is conducting scientific research on the topic “Improving the mechanisms for developing professional responsibility in school leaders (on the example of the direction of deputy directors for academic affairs of the continuous professional development course)” to obtain the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in pedagogical sciences.

The main direction of his scientific activity is on the issues of school education management, he has published 6 scientific articles in the journals of the Academy of Sciences, 2 methodological manuals, 8 scientific articles in republican and foreign journals, participated in 3 republican scientific and practical conferences and gave lectures. He has supervised the graduation and qualification work of about 10 listeners in the system of advanced training and retraining.

He has been working in the system of continuous professional development, advanced training and retraining of managers, specialists and pedagogical staff of the preschool and school education system for more than 15 years. Over the past 5 years, he has appeared twice in the information program “Special Report” of the channel “Uzbekistan-24” of the Republic Television, once in the information program “Sharh va tahlil” of the channel “Samarkand” and 4 times in the regional media.
