Kuvandikova Mokhir Abdukarimovna was born on December 2, 1989 in the village of Okhunbobayev, Payariq district, Samarkand region, into a working family. In 2005, she graduated from the 20th general education school in the district, and in 2005-2008, she graduated from the Payariq Vocational College, majoring in Computer Operator. In 2010-2015, she studied at the Faculty of Pedagogy of Samarkand State University, majoring in Preschool Education. In 2015-2021, she worked as a Methodist at the 53rd preschool educational organization of Samarkand city. In 2020-2022, she studied at the master's level at the Faculty of Preschool Education of Samarkand State University. In 2022-2025, the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute carried out pedagogical activities in the field of Preschool Education.

He began his work in this center on March 1, 2025. As a skilled teacher, he has been working effectively in the process of training educators of preschool educational organizations operating in the region in new methodologies. In order to increase the effectiveness of education in preschool educational organizations, he has published several scientific and scientific-methodological works to date. In particular, he has published 2 scientific articles in foreign (impact factor) prestigious scientific journals, 7 theses in collections of international and republican conferences, which are included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of our republic.

Currently, he is working to confirm his scientific topic and continue his work on it.
