Rabbonayeva was born on January 31, 1970 in the Akdaryo district of the Samarkand region into a family of intellectuals. She graduated from Akdaryo district school No. 6 with honors and studied at the Samarkand State Pedagogical University in 1987-1992. Work experience - 34 years.

During her career, she is the author of more than 100 scientific works, 1 textbook, 1 textbook, 4 methodological manuals, 30 methodological guidelines, 12 scientific articles and theses published in journals recognized by the Academy of Sciences, 30 in international and republican scientific journals, and 30 at republican scientific and practical conferences.

She is engaged in scientific and methodological activities within the framework of the PIRLS international research program. He has trained more than 1,000 trainer-teachers in the courses “Technology for preparing tasks for PIRLS research”, “Preparing students for international research”, “Training trainers and improving the pedagogical skills of school teachers based on the CAMBRIDGE experience”.

He has organized more than 100 seminars and master classes on the topics of international studies PISA, PIRLS, TIMSS.

He is the author of 100-hour advanced training courses for primary education teachers, programs for KRK and KRS events.

The center is an active member of the "Academy of Skills", preparing content on various topics. It is the author of such projects as "Binary Lessons Series", "New Day - New Method", "Harmony of Theory and Practice".

Participated in the training courses on the topic of "Methods of Organizing Education" organized by the US specialist J. Smetana, "STEAM Approaches in Education" organized by the US STEAM specialist Allen Miller and received certificates. Participated in the republican scientific and practical conference on the topic of the PIRLS international research program and published its projects and articles in international and foreign journals.

She created the YouTube channel “Ustoz Rabbonayeva”, the Telegram groups “PIRLS:Ustoz Rabbonayeva”, “Rabbonayeva trainers”.

In 2010-2020, she was the captain of the women's team of the center.

For her work in the field of education, D. Rabbonayeva was awarded the badges “Excellent Worker of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan” in 2015 and “Benefactor of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan” in 2020.
