Rakhimkulova Makhbuba Bakhronovna was born on September 21, 1975 in Oktash city, Samarkand region. In 1996, she graduated Samarkand State University with a degree in "Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education". Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor. Honored Worker of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From March 1, 2019 to the present, she has been working as the head of the department "Methodologies of Preschool, Primary and Special Education" at the Samarkand Regional Pedagogical Center. During her career, she has published 2 textbooks, several methodological manuals, and scientific articles.
