Born on October 2, 1992 in the Payarik district of the Samarkand region.

Khafiza Ravshanova has 9 years of experience and, as a skilled teacher, has been working effectively in the process of training educators of preschool educational organizations operating in the region in new methodologies. In 2020, she participated in the “Best Educator of the Year” competition held under the auspices of the Ministry of Preschool Education and took 1st place in the Samarkand region. She participated in the republican stage and was awarded a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Preschool Education. To date, she has published about 10 scientific and scientific-methodological works in order to increase the effectiveness of education in preschool educational organizations. In particular, he has published 2 methodological guides, 1 methodological guide, 8 scientific articles in prestigious foreign scientific journals (with impact factor) that are included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of our republic, and 7 theses in proceedings of international and republican conferences.

He has completed more than 20 courses on e-learning platforms within the framework of international education and has received certificates for improving his professional competence. Currently, in parallel with his teaching activities at the center, he is conducting independent scientific research on the topic "Technology for developing 4K skills of teachers in the process of advanced training (on the example of MTT specialists)" in order to obtain the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in pedagogical sciences in the specialty 13.00.01 - Theory of Pedagogy, History of Pedagogical Teachings (Pedagogy) at the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute.
