Navbahor Yakhshiboyevna Rustamova was born on November 21, 1987, in a working family in the village of Gurjob, Yakkabog district, Kashkadarya region. In 2005, she graduated from Secondary School No. 37. From 2005 to 2009, she studied at the Faculty of Library and Information Systems Management at the Tashkent State Institute of Culture. From 2009 to 2011, she completed a master’s degree in the field of “Informatization and Library Science” at the same institute.
From 2011 to 2017, she worked as a senior lecturer at the Samarkand College of Arts, and in 2022, as a lecturer at the Samarkand Regional Pedagogical Skills Development Center. Currently, under the supervision of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogy S. Zohidova, she is conducting research for her PhD dissertation on the topic “The socio-pedagogical system for developing reading culture in families” in the specialty 13.00.09 – “Social Pedagogy.”
To date, she is the author of about 15 scientific articles.
