Ruziyeva Nigora Zohidjonovna was born on February 7, 1989, in Pakhtachi district of Samarkand region. She graduated from Secondary School No. 49 in 2005. From 2007 to 2011, she studied at the Faculty of English Philology at the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. In 2012–2014, she continued her education at the master’s level at the same institute.

Since 2014, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Language Teaching Methodology of the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Excellence.

Currently, under the supervision of Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor D. B. Urinbayeva, she is conducting research to obtain a PhD degree on the topic: “Developing Students’ Speech Competence in Inclusive Education.”

Her main areas of scientific activity are foreign languages and inclusive education. She is the author of 1 textbook, 2 methodological manuals, nearly 10 professional guidelines, more than 20 scientific articles published in national and international journals, and numerous popular and publicistic articles in the “Ma’rifat” newspaper. In total, she has published over 200 scientific, methodological, and popular works, and has presented papers at more than 10 international and 20 national scientific-practical conferences.

In 2024, she was awarded the “For Services in the Field of Education” medal by the Scientific Academy Research Center.

Based on the results of 2024, she was awarded the title of “Researcher of the Year.”
She has appeared on the “Assalom Samarqand” television program of the Samarkand Regional Television and Radio Company, as well as on Samarkand Radio.
Throughout 2025, she actively participated in international grant projects within the framework of her scientific research and received the “Education for All” certificate from the Ministry of Justice, as well as obtaining copyright recognition.
In 2025, she successfully completed an internship at Universiti Utara Malaysia in Malaysia.
For the 2025–2026 academic year, she is recognized as a Master Trainer for KRK and KRS programs.
