Sayipova Dilafruz Rahimovna was born on October 30, 1975, in Kattakurgan district, Samarkand region. In 1992, she graduated from Secondary School No. 25 in Kattakurgan district. From 1992 to 1997, she studied at the Faculty of Uzbek Philology of the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute.
Sayipova’s professional career is as follows:1996–1997 – Teacher at School No. 268, Sergeli district, Tashkent city;
1997–2002 – Teacher at Secondary School No. 25, Kattakurgan district, Samarkand region;
2002–2008 – Teacher at the Academic Lyceum of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages;
2008–2019 – Teacher of Uzbek language and literature at Samarkand Law College;
March 2019 – August 2020 – Teacher of Uzbek language and literature and Head of the “Language Teaching” Department at Samarkand Regional Law College;
November 2020 – August 2021 – Teacher of Uzbek language and literature at the Specialized School under Samarkand State University;
September 5, 2021 – September 4, 2023 – Lecturer at the Department of Humanities, Samarkand State University of Economics and Service (SamDUKF);
September 4, 2023 – August 28, 2025 – Lecturer at the Department of Uzbek Language and Humanities, SamDUKF.
Throughout her career, she has conducted scholarly research. Her academic articles include: “Thoughts on Raising Children in the ‘Baburnama’”, “Bobur – a Man of Pure Faith”, “Depiction of Military Leadership Qualities in the ‘Baburnama’”, “Babur – a Connoisseur of the History of His Era”, “Depiction of Palace Officials in the ‘Baburnama’”, and “The ‘Baburnama’ – a Masterpiece of World Prose”. These works have been published in the proceedings of republican and international conferences, as well as in academic journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission of Uzbekistan and prestigious international journals.In addition, she is the author of the textbook “The Use of the Uzbek Language in Professional Fields” and the monograph “The Depiction and Interpretation of Historical Figures in the ‘Baburnama’”.Her dedicated work has been duly recognized. She has been repeatedly awarded letters of gratitude and certificates of honor by the leadership of SamDUKF. In 2024, she was awarded a Certificate of Honor by K. Sharipov, Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since August 29, 2025, she has been serving as the Head of the Department of Language Teaching Methodology at the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Skills.
