     Tagayev Ganisher Khasanovich was born on January 30, 1986 in the Urikli mahalla of the Zharkurgan district of the Surkhandarya region into a family of intellectuals. In 2006-2010, he studied at the Faculty of History of Samarkand State University as a bachelor, and in 2010-2012, he studied at the Department of History of Uzbekistan as a master. In 2009, he took the honorable 1st place at the Republican stage of the Science Olympiad in History among students.

     In 2022, he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic "The role of ethnographic factors in the formation of the aesthetic worldview of youth" and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Based on the analysis of the scientific and methodological materials introduced by history teachers based on their experience in professional development and the introduction of new methodologies in history lessons, in 2024 he received the academic title of associate professor in the specialty "Theory and Methodology of Education and Training". The skilled teacher was awarded the commemorative medal "30 Years of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in 2022.

     The aspiring teacher has published more than 15 methodological guidelines and more than 10 scientific articles aimed at improving the methodology of teaching history. During his pedagogical activity, he organized 3 online webinars at the republican level, more than 10 regional, more than 15 district scientific and practical seminars, and more than 20 master classes in schools with low quality indicators.
