Abdinazarova Khumora Abdilaziz qizi was born on November 18, 1997 in the village of Kulqishloq, Urgut district, Samarkand region, into a family of intellectuals. In 2013, she graduated from Samarkand city secondary school No. 7. In 2013-2016, she graduated from Samarkand Banking College. In 2017-2021, she studied at Samarkand State University, majoring in Social Work. In 2023-2024, she completed a retraining course at the National Center for Training Teachers in New Methods in Samarkand region, which gave her the right to teach the subject "History".

In 2021-2022, she worked as the leader of the "Youth Union" at secondary school No. 37 of the Urgut district of Samarkand region. In 2022-2023, he worked as a propagandist on spiritual and educational issues at this school.

In 2024, he worked as a methodologist in the "Organization of the Educational Process" department of the Samarkand Regional National Center for Training Pedagogues in New Methods. In 2025, he worked as a leading specialist in the Academic Activities Coordination Department of the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Skills.
