Doniyorov Ibrohim Eshquvvatovich Born on October 18, 1967 in the Samarkand district of the Samarkand region. In 1994, he graduated from the Faculty of History of the Samarkand State University. In 2005, he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
