Kandaxarov Mirjalol Abdimurotovich was born on January 10, 1993, in the Yangikent neighborhood of Ishtixon district, Samarkand region, in a working-class family. In 2012, he graduated from the Academic Lyceum under Samarkand State University. From 2013 to 2017, he studied at the Faculty of History of Samarkand State University.

In 2017–2019, he completed his master’s degree in the field of History of Uzbekistan at the same university.

At present, under the scientific supervision of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor S. Usmonov, he is finalizing his PhD dissertation in the specialty 13.00.02 – Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing (Pedagogical Sciences) on the topic:
“Methodology for Developing Future Teachers’ Riskological Competence in Relation to Innovative Activity.”
