Many of Shahlo Kuziyeva's stories, journalistic articles, and poems have been published in the press. "My sun, my moon" (2006.) and "Mustafa goodness" (2009.), “Autumn`s truths " (2023.) were published. Born in 1977 in the Jomboy District of Samarkand region, Shahlo Kuziyeva studied at the faculty of journalism of the National University of Uzbekistan. Over the years, she has been working effectively in various sectors of our society, combining artistic creativity. Initially, she began her career in 2000-2002 as a regional correspondent for the journal "Economy and Law" - "Khozyaystvo i pravo" of the Supreme Economic Court, and she started as a press secretary at the Samarkand Regional Economic Court. Shahlo Kuziyeva was a senior lecturer at the Behbudi Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Personnel in 2006-2010, and executive secretary of the "Ziyokor" magazine.  From 2012 to 2017, she served as the club head and library director of military unit 13060 in Samarkand. In 2019-2020, she worked as the press secretary of the regional council of the People's Democratic Party. Since 2021, she has worked as a promoter of creative and cultural issues at secondary schools No. 12 and 34 in the district.

Shahlo Kuziyeva is also contributing to the development of society as a Press Secretary at the Regional Pedagogical Skills Center.

In 2021, he was awarded a diploma and a badge for taking first place in the "Singer of Hearts" competition organized by the "Plantain Leaves" Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the birth of the poet Muhammad Yusuf.  She twice took first place in the district stage of the "Most Active Promoter" competition and second place in the regional competition. She also actively participated in other competitions and was awarded many honorary certificates and diplomas. Examples of her work are included in a number of collections and books, including "Masterpieces of the East", "Bouquet of Talent", "Kazakh-Uzbek Anthology", "Women's Happiness", "Bouquet of Dreams", and "Samarkand Enlightenment".

In 2024, she was awarded the "Employee of the Year" award at the "Employee of the Year-2024" competition at the Samarkand Regional Pedagogical Skills Center.

Shahlo Kuziyeva is a loving mother of two children and three grandchildren.
