Narkulov Ulugbek Mamadalievich was born on May 2, 1981, in Samarkand city, Samarkand region, into an intellectual family. In 1996, he graduated from Secondary School No. 63. From 2003 to 2024, he studied at the Faculty of “English Philology” at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages.
Throughout his pedagogical career, he worked for 15 years as an English language teacher, including in Russian-medium classes. From 2019 to 2021, he served as an English language methodologist at the Samarkand City Department of Public Education, and from 2021 to 2023, he worked as a specialist in organizing Olympiads at the same department.
As an experienced and innovative teacher, he contributed significantly to improving the quality of education and, in 2025, was awarded the honorary badge “Excellence in Public Education.”
Since July 17, 2023, he has been working as an English language methodologist at the Methodological Service Department of the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Mastery.
Since 2024, he has been a member of the regional commission for disseminating advanced teaching practices in Samarkand region.
In February and September 2025, he successfully completed training courses at the A. Avloni National Institute of Pedagogical Mastery on “Organizing Professional Development Days and Hours for Primary School Teachers” and has been actively working as a master trainer in Samarkand region
