Norboeva Gulikhaiyo Nabizhonovna was born in 1994 in the Taraqqiyot mahalla of the Payaryk district of the Samarkand region. In 2013-2017, she graduated from the Samarkand State University, Faculty of Uzbek Philology, specializing in Philology and Teaching of the Uzbek Language. In 2018-2020, she studied in the Master's program at SamSU.

 Professional activity: 2017-2019 - teacher of native language and literature at Secondary School No. 59 of the Payaryk district. 2019-2021 - teacher of native language and literature at School No. 53 of the Payaryk district.

 Since 2023, she has been working as a methodologist for native language and literature at the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Excellence, in the Methodological Service Department.

 Achievements: Articles have been published in a number of national and international newspapers and magazines. In December 2024, Norboeva Gulikhayo Nabizhonovna took part as a master trainer in the republican seminar on the topic "Development of PISA competencies in teachers" and was a leading trainer in the PISA-2025 study. In 2025, her methodological recommendations on the topic "Simple morphology" were published.

 In the 2025-2026 academic year, she took part in trainings for master trainers of the events "Professional Development Day" and "Professional Development Hour" and received a certificate.
