Pardaev Zafar Shukurovich was born on June 14, 1978 in the Urgut district.  Nationality uzbek, has higher education diploma. In 2000 he graduated from Samarkand State University, Faculty of Education, Bachelor's degree, in 2002 - Master's degree in Physics. In 2002-2010, he worked at Samarkand State University.

He started his career at the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical skills center in 2012. Over the years, he has been an assistant at the Department of practical Sciences and Extracurricular Education at the Samarkand Regional Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Public Education staff (2012-2018); an assistant at the Department of Practical Sciences at the regional Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Public Education Workers under Samarkand State University. Lecturer at the Department of practical Methodology (2018-2019); He worked as a teacher at the Department of practical Sciences and Methods of the Samarkand Regional Regional Center for Retraining and Training of Public Education staff (2020-2021); head of the Educational Process Organization Department at the National Center for Teacher Training in New Methods in the Samarkand Region (2021-2022).

Since 2022, he has been working at the Center for Pedagogical skill center  as head of the Education Quality Control Department.
