Radjabova Hurriyat Uktamboevna was born on May 13, 1990 in the neighborhood “Navruz" of the Khazarasp district of the Khorezm region. In 2009-2013, she graduated with honors from the Pedagogical Faculty of the Tashkent Regional State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in primary education and sports education.

Professional activity: 2013 head of primary classes at secondary school No. 14 in the Khazaraspdistrict of the Khorezm region. 2014-2024 primary school teacher and head of the methodological association of primary education at secondary school No. 38 in Samarkand.

Since 2024, he continues to work in the methodological services department of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence of the Samarkand region as a primary education methodologist.

Achievements: published articles in a number of newspapers and magazines of the Republic.  RadjabovaHurriyatUktamboevna is the winner of the Ustozim-Ezozim contest, held by the Samarkand Regional Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan in 2019. 2nd place in draughts among women, held by the Samarkand Regional Council in 2020. Winner of the republican contest “30 years -30 awards" in 2021. Participant of the ustoz-2021 National Award competition, winner of the title ”Excellent student of public Education“, winner in the nomination “the most exemplary head of a methodological association“ among the heads of stylistic associations of primary education in the city of Samarkand. Coach of the 2022 International Conference “Natural Sciences - the first Step into the World of Science", held in partnership with UNESCO. The winner of the competition “Teacher of the XXI century” in the nomination “Creative teacher“, held at the National Center for Teacher Training in new Methods of the Samarkand region in 2023. Participant of the republican seminar “Modern teaching methods in primary schools”, organized according to textbooks of the new generation, created on the basis of best practices. Participant of the Republican “third National Mentor Forum“ in 2024 according to MMTV, certificate holder. She holds a certificate in general education subjects.
