Job description of the leading specialist of the Digital Technologies Development Department

Comply with the requirements of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other regulatory legal acts;

Organize the implementation of the tasks established by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, relevant resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers and other legislative acts, orders of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education;
Work under the supervision of the Deputy Director for Professional Development of Teachers in the field of the chief specialist of the department.

Ensure the proper maintenance of the website of the regional center and official channels and groups on social networks;

Provide digital resources, software and technical means and ensure their effective operation.

Develop a scheme for restoring the working state of the local and global network after an accident; Conduct preventive inspections of servers and network systems in order to timely identify and eliminate malfunctions and prevent their occurrence;

repair faulty equipment, make proposals for the withdrawal of technically and morally obsolete servers and computer equipment from the center's account in the established manner and purchase new ones;

tests new software products, prepares relevant conclusions and implements them in practice;

organizes trainings and seminars for the effective use of digital technologies; analyzes the effectiveness of the use of digital technologies through monitoring; displays the results of monitoring in reports and makes recommendations for the development of digital technologies;

develops recommendations for the enrichment of educational programs with digital technologies and their effective use;

provides methodological assistance to teaching staff in the use of digital technologies; prepares and provides the necessary digital resources and materials;

monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of the use of digital technologies;

develops recommendations for the development of digital technologies based on the results of monitoring;

organizes seminars and trainings on digital technologies;
