Zaynizoda Tahmina was born on May 30, 1975, into an intellectual family in the village of Kosakho, Samarkand district, Samarkand region. In 1991, she graduated from secondary school No. 16. From 1992 to 1998, she studied at the Faculty of Biology of Samarkand State University. From 2009 to 2024, she worked as a biology teacher in general education schools.

During her teaching career, she participated in an experimental project on professional development based on the “Trajectory of Teacher’s Professional Growth,” organized at the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Mastery, where she, together with senior biology teacher N. Yunusova, worked as a trainer in seminars. At the Academy of Mastery, video lessons and content for 7th-grade laboratory classes were recorded and uploaded to the platform. Under the guidance of N. Yunusova, 5 articles were published.

Since March 2024, she has been working as a biology methodologist at the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Mastery.

In June 2024, as a master trainer, she participated in the international conference “Successful Reforms – High Results” and served as a lead trainer in cascading the educational experience of Marshall Cavendish Education into schools.

In the 2024–2025 academic year, she carried out master-trainer activities in natural sciences within the framework of “Professional Development Day” and “Professional Development Hour” events.

In April 2025, methodological recommendations and four articles were published on the topics “Developing Students’ Skills in Solving PISA Tasks”, “Applying IBL (Inquiry Based Learning), 5E, and Kipling Approaches in Biology.”

During the 2024–2025 academic year, for her activity as a master trainer, she was awarded certificates by the Minister of Education H. Umarova, experts from Marshall Cavendish Education, as well as the rector of the A. Avloni Institute A. Ismoilov.

In the 2024–2025 academic year, at the “IV National Forum of Teachers”, she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation by the Samarkand Regional Department of Preschool and School Education and the Samarkand Regional Administration.

In the 2025–2026 academic year, she participated in training sessions for master trainers of the “Professional Development Day” and “Professional Development Hour” events and was awarded a certificate.

From June 24 to August 1, 2025, she completed offline and online professional development courses at University Utara Malaysia (ranked #554 in QS World University Rankings 2025). She holds a certificate of completion of a 144-hour professional development course.
