Giyasova Shirin Kobilovna was born on July 23, 1983, in the city of Samarkand, Samarkand region.

In 2004, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, specializing in "Pedagogue-Psychologist and Additional Specialty – English Language."

In 2014, she completed retraining courses in the specialty “Primary School Teachers” at the Institute for Retraining and Professional Development of Public Education Workers of the Samarkand region.

During her teaching career, she worked for 5 years as an English language teacher, 9 years as a primary school teacher (in Russian-language classes), 2 years as Deputy Principal for spiritual and educational affairs, 2 years as a primary education methodologist at the Samarkand City Department of Public Education, and 5 years as Head of the Department for Monitoring the Quality of Education in the same department.

As an experienced and progressive educator, she has made significant contributions to improving the quality of education and was awarded the "Excellence in Public Education" badge in 2019.

Since July 17, 2023, she has been working as a methodologist for primary education at the Methodological Support Department of the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Mastery.

Her main responsibilities at that time include providing methodological support to 18,743 primary school teachers in the region through the local center.

In 2021–2023, for the successful organization of model schools in the city of Samarkand and for hosting the republican seminar on "International Research" in the Samarkand region, she was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the regional governor.

In 2023, she successfully completed the national training course on the "Implementation of  New Generation Textbooks" and conducted cascade training sessions in the region.

Based on the international memorandum signed by the Ministry of  Preschool and School Education on August 18, 2023, she actively worked on implementing the program “Health Route” in primary schools of the Samarkand region, which led to her participation in the International Conference held in Moscow, Russian Federation, in December 2023.

Since 2024, she has been a member of the regional commission for promoting best teaching practices among educators in the Samarkand region.

In February  and September 2025, she completed training courses at the A.Avloni  National Institute for Pedagogical Mastery on the topic “Organizing Professional  development days and Professional development hours Events for Primary School Teachers” and is currently serving as a master trainer in the Samarkand region.
